Decoration Quality Control Guidelines
Here at Press a Print International we are passionate about quality, not only in our products but also in the quality of decoration onto your products.
Each product we decorate goes thru a rigorous Quality Control process where we visually ensures all imprints have clean lines and are readable down to the smallest detail of a registration mark. They then test the imprint application for strength by either an adhesive test or washing cycles. Adhesive test is the application of a 3M tape over the imprint and peeled off a minimum of 30 times to reveal if the imprint breaks off. Whereas, with our Wash test for drinkware we soak the imprint for 24 hours then run it thru a dishwasher cycle to test both the strength of the adhesiveness as well as color-fast.
Warning: Washing/Cleaning Plastic Items – Do not put imprinted plastic cups or bottles in the dishwasher. Hand wash only with mild, liquid detergent soap. Avoid the use of commercial detergents or abrasive cleansers which will damage the imprint and scratch surface. Products are not for use in the restaurant environment.
With the addition of our in-house Decoration Department, we are pleased to announce the following MOQ for Decorated Products: No Minimums! This lower minimum requirement will help our Press a Print Operators continue to pass along the lower costs and shorter delivery time under our established SQL program.

Artwork must be submitted in vectored format, color separated.
