PRICING

All pricing on our website is for BLANK (undecorated) merchandise only.  We do offer imprinting service for an additional charge (see below)

 

All prices are FOB from PAP Buyers Club warehouses in either Baldwin Park, CA or Long Island, NY

 

We accept Checks or Credit Card Payments

ORDER PROCESS

Orders can be placed by email or direct over the phone.

 

Please provide camera-ready artwork for orders requesting in-house decoration.

PAYMENT

All orders are pre-paid.  We accept check or credit card payments.  

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities)

Here at PAP Buyers Club we keep it simple.  MOQ on any item is 1, whether blank or decorated.  

 

DECORATION

Artwork must be submitted in vectored format, color separated.

 

NOTE: Non-Member Set-up, Running, Additional charges are double prices listed below.

 

Set-up per Color:

$25 Pens, Stylus and LED

$30 Drinkware

$10 Repeat Orders

 

Running Charges - Per Location:

$0.15 Per Color Imprint on Pens, Stylus and LED

$0.20 Laser Engraving on Pens, Stylus, and LED

$0.25 Per Color Imprint on Drinkware

 

Addititional Charges:

$10 PMS Color Match

$10 Typesetting Charge (Minimum)

 

Warning: Washing/Cleaning Plastic Items Do not put imprinted plastic cups or bottles in the dishwasher. Hand wash only with mild, liquid detergent soap. Avoid the use of commercial detergents or abrasive cleansers which will damage the imprint and scratch surface. Products are not for use in the restaurant environment.

SHIPPING

Unless specified in advance by customer, PAP Buyers Club will ship merchandise with their choice of freight service.  

 

Our policy is to ship under your UPS Account #, please include in your purchase order.

 

Title of goods passes to the customer at time of shipping. We are not responsible for delays or damages in route.

 

We typically ship within 1-2 business days for unimprinted merchandise and 3-5 business days for imprinted merchandise, after final approval of proof.  Please Contact Us for Rush orders.

 

$6/pallet charge will be added to Invoice on LTL shipments.

 

RETURNS

Blank merchandise can be returned along with a 15% re-stocking fee, subject to inspection and approval. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.
